Your correspondent will place a booking option. When you book by phone you must then sign and complete the booking form, and send it on by fax, post or e-mail WITHIN 5 DAYS.

A single payment: Upon receipt by Homair of the booking form, accompanied by full payment of the total price of your holiday, we will send you a booking voucher by post. You must present this booking voucher to the Homair representative on arrival.
Payment by instalments: Upon receipt by Homair of the booking form and your first payment, we will send you a payment schedule. Once you have made the final payment we will send you the booking voucher by post. You must present this booking voucher to the Homair representative on arrival.

Let your self be guided through prices to the different stages of booking.
You will receive automatically an e-mail containing your booking form and your payment schedule.
On receipt of the final payment for your holiday, we will send you a booking voucher by e-mail. You must present this booking voucher to the Homair representative on arrival.

The security of my transactions
When you pay by card, you switch to an entirely secured and protected area. The server is in encrypted mode and all information transmitted is coded in order to avoid any possibility of fraud.
The presence of a padlock at the bottom of the page indicates that you are navigating on a secured page.
The stages of my booking

payment by instalments by credit card

For any booking made more than one month before the beginning of your holiday, it is possible to pay by instalments; the booking fee is 25 euros.
Your payments will be worked out according to the date of your stay (see payment schedule below) bearing in mind that all holidays must be paid in full at least 1 MONTH before the beginning of the holiday.
Special case- Payment by instalments by bank transfer: (overseas customers only)

AUTOMATIC OR MANUAL PAYMENT BY CB
If you chose to pay in several times (booking fees at 25 euros), you can pay your instalments either by:
- Automatic payment: Instalments paid automatically at the dates of expires. (you don't have anything to do, we send you the voucher when full payment done)
- Manual Payment: You pay your instalments by yourself by CB (in your client space) or by bank transfer.

Bookings made more than 4 months before the beginning of the holiday:
On booking : 1st instalment: 25% of rental + booking fee + cancellation insurance (optional)+ Baby kit (optional)
90 days before the beginning of the holiday: 2ndinstalment : 25% of rental
60 days before the beginning of the holiday: 3rd instalment : 25% of rental
30 days before the beginning of the holiday: 4th instalment : 25% of rental

Bookings made less than 3 months before the beginning of the holiday:
On booking: 1st instalment: 50% of rental + booking fee + cancellation insurance (optional)+ Baby kit (optional)
60 days before the beginning of the holiday: 2nd instalment : 25% of rental
30 days before the beginning of the holiday: 3rd instalment : 25% of rental

Bookings made less than 2 months before the beginning of the holiday:
On booking: 1st instalment: 75% of rental + booking fee + cancellation insurance (optional)+ Baby kit (optional)
30 dates before the beginning of the holiday: 2nd instalment : 25% of rental

Bookings made less than 1 month before the beginning of the holiday: (payment by instalments is not possible)
On booking: 1st instalment: 100% of rental + booking fee (10 euros) + cancellation insurance (optional)+ Baby kit (optional) 

Payment by instalments by BANK TRANSFER
This is only possible for bookings made at least 90 days before the beginning of the holiday. On booking: 1st instalment: 30% of rental cost

At least 60 days before the beginning of the holiday: 2nd instalment: 70% of rental cost

Payment by bank transfer is only available to overseas customers.
A single payment : You pay the full cost of your holiday within 5 days of reservation

Payment by instalments: This is possible ONLY for bookings made at least 90 days before the beginning of the holiday.

Availabilities

Availabilities can be consulted in real time on the Internet at: www.homair.com starting from the home page or via the page for the selected campsite.

2 types of display are proposed:

Per night: to book freely any stay of 2 nights minimum.

Per week: to book your stay from Wednesday to Wednesday, Saturday to Saturday, Saturday to Wednesday (11 nights) or Wednesday to Saturday (10 nights).

Important : Booking possibilities according to season

Low season (Excluding July and August): bookings can be made freely for a minimum of 2 nights: Tuesday arrivals are not permitted.

High season: bookings are for one week minimum: Arrival/ Departure on Saturdays and Wednesdays only.

Possible bookings: Saturday/ Saturday (7 nights), Wednesday/ Wednesday (7 nights), Saturday/Wednesday (11 nights), Wednesday/Saturday (10 nights), 14, 17, 18 nights...


Prices
The prices indicated are valid for the current season, in euros, including VAT.

They include
* rental of the selected mobile home, irrespective of the number of persons staying in the rented accommodation
* supply of blankets and pillows
* heating, water and electricity consumption
* parking space for one vehicle per rental (on nearly all our campsites)
* access to all free campsite services and facilities.

They do not include
* booking fee
* cancellation insurance
* cleaning at the end of your stay
* resort tax and any refuse costs to be paid on arrival
* the deposit of 160 euros
* additional options such as an additional vehicle, a dog, purchase of disposable sheets, a baby kit, bicycle hire, safety box deposit hire...
* any deposit required for the magnetic card, swimming pool wristband or activities / entertainment
* transport to the campsite

Mobile home accommodation
A number of types of mobile home are available depending on the chosen destination.
The campsite page for each destination gives the list: for example
Our mobile homes are all fully furnished (kitchen equipment, broom etc.) are heated and are equipped with blankets and pillows.
You can consult the inventory list for your mobile home, and take a virtual visit on the accommodation page.
You cannot choose your mobile home plot, but depending on availability we will try and satisfy any particular requirements. We cannot however offer any guarantees or commitments in this respect.


Booking fees

A mandatory booking fee is made for each booking (via Internet or by phone) and is payable once only per season.

» Payment in full at the time of booking: the booking fee is reduced to 10 EUROS.
(Payment by debit/credit card, bank transfer) . Obligatory for a booking done less than 1 month before the stay.
» Payment by instalments: the booking fee amounts to 25 EUROS. more info

-- All bookings made less than 1 month before the beginning of the holiday must be paid in full by credit card only. (Booking  fee 10 euros)
-- If you pay by bank transfer (bank transfer available only for customers resident outside France ), payment by instalments is only possible for bookings made at least 3 months before the beginning of the holiday.




Cancellation insurance
Cancellation insurance is optional and is available for additional fixed cost of 2,50 euros per night booked.
It is also possible to take out extended insurance to cover interruption of stay. In this case, cancellation insurance costs 3,50 euros per night booked.
The cancellation insurance premium is to be settled with the first payment.

High and low season bookings
Depending on the season for which you are booking, possibilities differ:
Low season, bookings are made freely for a minimum of 2 nights. Tuesday arrivals or departures are not permitted.
High season, bookings are for a one week stay minimum. Arrival/ Departure on Saturdays and Wednesdays only.
Possible bookings: Saturday/ Saturday (7 nights), Wednesday/ Wednesday (7 nights), Saturday/Wednesday (11 nights), Wednesday/Saturday (10 nights), 14, 17, 18 nights...



Camping locations
At the majority of our destinations we only offer mobile home rentals.
At the following campsites we propose camping locations:
* Quiberon
* Divonne
* Cadenet
* Torreilles


Booking of several mobile homes
If you wish to book several mobile homes for the same dates, you must make individual bookings by Internet or by phone.

You may wish to reserve adjacent plots. We will meet your request if we are able to do so, but please note that we cannot be held responsible if this does not finally prove possible. Send us an e-mail giving details of the booking numbers and the names in which bookings have been made.


 
 
Consult my booking
If you have booked by Internet, your customer area can be consulted on our Internet site, you can also view your booking and make your payments and print your bookinginformation (bookingfomr, voucher or practical information).

Please note that it takes 24 hours for the customer area to be updated after a booking or payment is made.



Change my booking

Any request to amend the details of your booking must be sent in writing to the following address:

Any amendment accepted by HOMAIR will be invoiced at 15 euros. If the amendment is not accepted, the customer will have to take the holiday according to the initial criteria when booked or cancel his stay. Any request for changes made 7 days or less before the beginning of the holiday (the date on which HOMAIR receives the letter applies) will be automatically refused.


Cancelling my booking
Any request for cancellation of a holiday where payment is in progress or has been made in full, must be brought to our knowledge in writing by post or by fax within 48 hours of the event which brings about the cancellation request, (it is the date of this generating event only which is taken into account). Please enclose supporting documents if you have taken out cancellation insurance.

Cancellation of an option (no payment made) may be notified by e-mail or by telephone given that an option remains valid for 5 days.

Payment of my instalments
You can pay your instalments using your selected means of payment: by bank transfer (overseas customers only) or by debit/credit card via your customer area.

My payment by debit/credit card has not yet been debited
Note that it takes about a week for the amount to be debited, be patient.

Booking voucher not received
If you have not yet received your booking voucher and your holiday is approaching, please contact us. It may have got lost in the post or the e-mail may not have reached you. We will willingly send it again.


Claims
Any claims must be sent to HOMAIR within 20 days of the end of your holiday:

- or by fax to the following number: 00 33 4 42 95 03 63
Beyond this period of 20 days, no claim can be considered.

 
 
Entertainment and leisure activities
These are mostly free of charge and accessible to all. In some cases you may be asked to take a wristband for identification. This wristband is then valid for the whole length of your stay. Some campsites may ask you for a deposit which will be returned at the end of your stay.

Barbecues
The use of a barbecue is not allowed at all campsites. The following symbols present on the campsite page tell you whether it is allowed  or not  as well as the type of barbecue that is permitted: gas , charcoal/wood or electric.
Swimming pool
You may be required to take a wristband to access the swimming pool  (fixed amount or deposit to be returned at the end of your stay)
The indication "heated"  for a swimming pool, usually only applies for low season.

Swimming suits
A swimming suit must be worn for access to swimming pools and water parks. Bemudas, shorts and other clothing are strictly forbidden.
Hygiene rules must be adhered to.


Dogs
Only one dog is allowed per rental. Before booking, please check that you pet will be accepted by the campsite.
The following symbol on the campsite page tells you whether dogs are allowed  or not , with or without charge.
Don't forget his vaccination booklet and hid ID tag with your address on it.
Dogs must be kept on a lead. (prices vary according to campsite)

Laundry machines
On all campsites there is either a laundrette or washing machines, in some cases there is also an ironing room, clothes dryers.
These services must generally be paid for (tokens or coins).


If you come with two cars, you must inform us! If it is possible, you will be able to access your plot with a second car but you will have to pay a charge on arrival. Please note that in Spain , Portugal , and Italy your are required to keep 2 triangles and 1 fluorescent jacket in the boot of your car.


 
 
Homair reception
Arrival times are between 3 pm and 7 pm for all campsites, except for “Campo di Liccia” (campsite of Bonifacio in Corsica)
Which is open from 17h30 till 19h00 in the lowseason.

Our Homair representatives will meet you at the entrance to the campsite in the Homair reception mobile home.
Please present your "booking voucher", pay the resort tax costs not included in the price, and the deposit.

After your arrival has been registered, the Homair representative will hand you: the keys to your accommodation, the magnetic card for access to the campsite (if applicable) and the inventory list to be signed.
Late arrivals
If for reasons outside your control you are delayed, please contact the Homair representative whose details you will find on your booking voucher.
Deposit
This is to be paid on arrival, in euros, by debit/credit card (not debited) or cash at all campsites in the brochure, before keys to your accommodation can be handed to you.
It will be returned to you at the end of your stay after check-up of the inventory list, provided that the cleaning has been done correctly and the mobile home has been left in good order.

Resort tax
This is levied at almost all tourist sites and is to be paid on arrival. The amount varies depending on the local authority fixing the amount, the persons subject to the tax (adults, children) and the periods for which it is due. This tax is to be paid either directly to our representative or at the campsite reception.
Departure
Departure times are in the morning between 8 am and 10 am.
The day before your departure at latest, you should fix an appointment at the reception for inventory check on departure. These appointments are generally fixed by 1/4 hour slots between 8 am and 10 am (all families will not be able to leave at the same time). We thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Cleaning
If you choose to pay the cleaning fee (60 euros), please note that this does not include washing up of kitchen cutlery, crockery and ustensils, all of which must thus be returned in their usual state of a cleanliness. If this is not the case, an amount may be withheld from the deposit for the appropriate cleaning.

 
 
Vehicle
A mobile home booking takes account of one vehicle only per plot. If you come with 2 vehicles, you must inform us. If it is possible, you will be able to access your plot with the second vehicle, but you will have to pay a charge on arrival.

Mobile home capacity
The number of persons indicated is the maximum number of persons, including babies and children under the age of three. No additional person will be allowed, even with payment of a supplement. Booking forms must thus indicate the names and ages of all guests, even those coming for just a few days during the stay. We will be obliged to refuse any person in excess of the capacity of the mobile home.

Sheets /bedlinen
Sheets are not provided.
At all Homair and Accueil Homair sites, we offer sale of disposable non-woven sheets, for a price of:
- 6€ for a double bed and
- 4€ for a single bed.
A practical solution if you forget your sheets or you can't bring them with you

If you bring your linen with you, note that pillows are rectangular.
Remember to bring tea towels and bath towels.
At the "Secrets de Camargue" campsite ,at Grau du Roi, the beds are king size: 180 / 200
Baby kit
At most sites, we offer baby kits for 4 euros/per day comprising :
* a high chair
* a baby bath
* a folding bed with mattress
Baby kits must be reserved at the time of booking by contacting our reservation service at the following number :0033-(0)442 20 47 25

This must be paid for with your first instalment.

Additional small tent
Generally speaking, you are not allowed to put up a small tent on your plot. However, some campsites tolerate this but more often than not you will have to pay a charge. In some cases the tent may be free of charge.
Please note this does not change the total number of persons admitted for the plot in question.
Presence of the following symbol on the campsite page tells you whether a small tent is allowed or not

Advantage code
We punctually diffuse promotions through our newsletters. If you have a code promotion, this code is to be entered at the last step of your booking in the field called advantage code. The discount will be taken directly off the amount of your booking.
If the code appears invalid, please check the conditions of its applications and its expiry dates.
Fidelity points
After each stay of 2 nights minimum, you will earn the following points :
15 points per night in high season (July / August)
20 points per night in low season

With 150 points, you win a night in low season, which can be used for any booking for a stay of more than 2 nights.
- Points are only allocated for bookings to which no reduction applies.
- Points are added progressively after each stay by the same customer. Great deals fidelity point rules
