The Castelli Romani: 20kms to the East of Rome, low mountains, lakes and pleasant villages including Ariccia, Castel Gandolfo and Nemi. The lake region: Bracciano, Vico and further on Bolsena lakes. Lovely villages such as Sutri. The coast to the south of Rome: Circeo park, Sperlonga and Gaeta.
